The Observatory

The Observatory is a spacey public hub for Stardust Trails.

It is where players can help preserve discoveries, donate specimens, work on Observatory quests, earn rewards, and take part in archive progress.

Main Observatory Areas

• Observatory Archive - permanent public Starcap preservation.
• Animal Archive - permanent public pet and Riftborn/Aetherial preservation.
• Quest Board - daily Observatory tasks and streaks.
• Reward Exchange - spend Rift Sparks and claim Observatory rewards.
• Archive Index - check progress, missing slots, donor hall, and ready leads.

Permanent Donations

Donating something to the Observatory is permanent.

Once donated, it leaves normal play and cannot be removed, sold, traded, played, modified, graded, listed, or used again.

Donations are public and preserve the donor name on the record.
