2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login information private.
• You may not share, sell, or give away your account.
• You may not impersonate staff, other users, or official site accounts.

3. Site content and ownership

• Stardust Trails, its art, writing, graphics, code, and design belong to the site and its creators unless otherwise credited.
• You may not repost, trace, rip, redistribute, or resell site content without permission.
• You must only upload or post content that you have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or target other users.
• Do not post hateful, explicit, abusive, or age-inappropriate content.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, or attempt to damage the site.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or admin areas that are not yours.

5. Virtual items and pets

All pets, items, currencies, and other digital content on Stardust Trails are virtual site content. They have no real-world cash value and may not be exchanged for real money.

6. Staff actions

Staff may warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts that break the rules or harm the site. Staff may also remove content, reverse trades, or fix accounts if needed for safety, moderation, or site stability.

7. Changes and downtime

The site may change, go offline, rebalance features, or remove content at any time. We will try to keep things fair, but Stardust Trails is provided as-is.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, harm the community, or create security risks.
