Listing Starcaps

When listing a Starcap, you list a specific copy, not just a general Starcap type.

The serial number, grade, condition, authenticity, and play count all matter.

Listed Starcaps are locked while listed so they cannot be accidentally traded, donated, modified, or used somewhere else.

Listings can expire. If a listing expires, the Starcap returns to your binder.

NPC Offers

NPCs can sell Starcaps too. Their listings can have different prices, conditions, grades, fake risks, and expiry times.

Some NPC listings may be good deals. Some may be suspicious. Tiny space capitalism is not always kind.

Shadow Offers

Shadow Offers are riskier listings. They may be cheaper, rarer, altered, fake, replica, or just very weird.

Shadow Offers can be tempting, but fake risk is usually higher.

Living Market

Starswap has a living market system. Buying, selling, listing, NPC activity, and market rumors can affect demand and estimated values.

Market estimates are not promises. They are only estimates based on what the market thinks right now.
