Many pets on Stardust Trails can grow through multiple stages over time.

How Growth Works

Pets use growth stages based on days since adoption.

Each stage can have:

• A stage number
• A day offset
• Its own image
• Possible outcome chances
• A growth lock setting

What Day Offset Means

A day offset is the number of days after adoption that a stage becomes active.

Example:

• Day 0 - Starting stage
• Day 3 - Next stage
• Day 10 - Another stage
• Day 15 - Final stage

Growth Locks

Some stages may be marked to lock growth.

If a stage has growth locked:

• The pet stops growing at that stage
• It will not continue to future stages automatically

Stage Outcomes

A stage can sometimes have multiple possible outcomes. If that happens, the site selects one based on that stage's setup and chances.

This means pets may not always grow into the exact same result.

Important Notes

• Growth is based on the pet's adopted date.
• If a pet has no growth stages set up, it may stay in its base form.
• Different pets may have different numbers of stages.
• Some pets may stop early if their setup locks them there.
