Stardust Trails includes a decorative mail system with stationery-style customization.
The Mail System
Letters can use themed supplies such as:
- Papers
- Pens / inks
- Stickers
These items help customize your messages and give the mail and forum system more personality.
Main Mail Shops
The site currently has three rotating mail shops:
- Paper Parlor - Papers, backgrounds, and stationery
- Ink Orbit - Pens, ink styles, and writing flair
- Sticker Comet - Stickers and decorative extras
Shop Features
Mail shops can include:
- Daily stock rotation
- Limited quantities
- Featured items
- Holiday-themed stock
- Rare traveling vendor stock
- Possible surprise restocks
- Sold out flavor text
Traveling Stock
Sometimes a special traveling vendor may appear with rare or unusual stock for a short time.
Once that stock sells out, the vendor may leave.
Buying Items
Items in these shops use the shop currency set for the system and are added to your collection when purchased.
Why This System Exists
The mail system is meant to make sending messages and using the forums feel more fun, expressive, and collectible instead of plain text only.
You can use your stationary on the forums by clicking "styling options" on a forum reply
