• Users can release pets into the Pound.
• Other users can adopt pets back out of it.
• Pound adoptions are random.
• The identity of pound pets is hidden until one is rescued.

What You See on the Page

The Pound page shows how many pets are currently waiting there, but it does not fully reveal who they are ahead of time.

Instead, users click one of the floating stars to adopt a random pound pet.

• You must be logged in to adopt from the Pound.
• Pound pets are meant to be a surprise.
• Releasing a pet sends it away from your collection.
