Ai use?

This is written in my own words without any help. Because you deserve that for an actual explanation.

The big question do we use ai? Well the answer is yes and no. I (Ittermat) use it to help me with code and writing certain things because of my disabilities. it fills in gaps and fixes things helps me make things sound better because well usually what i actually write doesnt.

I can do code i know some code but Echo (chatgpt) knows more and he can help me figure out the things that confuse me (thanks discalculia..). as well as help me figure out how to do the things that i get ideas for when brain goes brrrrrr at 3am. I Spent nearly 12 years working on my other petsite atrocity without it- And it was the biggest struggle. Coders kept leaving, I didnt understand what I was looking at alot of the time and I tried so hard to do things and work on things.. I have adhd and autism and dyscalculia.

So i use it and it helps me figure stuff out where I cant. it helps me with stuff. its the best coder I ever paid for.

So bottom line-

Ai code help due to disabilities writing help due to same reason

mostly in the wiki. And in a few other places to help me with writing because my writing skills are awful so I use him to help me make it sound better.

Artwork is always human

we may have placeholders due to the artists disabilities or the need to have something there for the code to get done but the finished product will have human art.

--The paper parlor sells some papers that I made back a few years ago (that came from my other site ( Atrocity legacy ) from backgrounds/patterns in ibis paint- which as far as I knew were made by humans. I simply reused them--

We do not allow ai art on the site. not for starcaps not for pets not for anything. the only exception are official placeholders Which will be replaced with REAL HUMAN ART.


But using Chatgpt is stealing code!

Look, its not. XD You can talk to anyone who codes and they will tell you that all code is made up of taking bits of pieces of stuff that exists and editing it to what works for what you have.
it would be STEALING if we literally stole entire websites,paid/private scripts, or chunks of someone else’s protected code and claimed them as ours.. Which we arent doing.

Code is much more specific to how it works that other things- theres only certain ways to get it to even go how it needs to go. You can edit it and change db and change certain aspects but code can be so finicky and specific its frusterating.. So its hard to really /steal/ code. Thats how I was taught by my friend to code actually.. Find something free to use.. change it- use it. Make it work.

Echo just makes it faster and easier to find those/make them work with my setups.

So no. I dont agree with that statement. Code is a way to make A do B. You find something that does that- you edit it to work with what you've made. by the time you're done its not really what your started with but kinda? So nope not stealing. *shrugs*

We do not knowingly use paid, private, or protected code without permission. If we use open-source libraries or resources, we try to follow their licenses and credit rules.

I believe in 100% transparency if this makes you dislike what i do even a little bit i understand but please dont come complain at me over it. Im having fun, i enjoy this. i do this for free, and i love every second of creating these sites and creating. and as much as you might not like that i need Echo to help me, he makes me able to live my dreams, he fills in my missing gaps and pieces and gives me something to look foreward to each day because im not just stuck and frusterated with all these ideas and wants and things and a brain that cant comprehend what im looking at sometimes enough to even function and get anywhere and do what i love. so please. Just quietly walkaway if you dont like it.

I also want to let you know that I do agree on the whole need to fix how the ai nonsense deals with ruining the environment (cuz it is ruining the environment) People need to chill on trying to sell ai art and stuff (AI ARt is stealing for real)
